This 3-year case study on inclusive ecosystems explores the role of child care business owners and community supports in the growth of the child care entrepreneurial ecosystem. Specifically, we are seeking to understand how existing and future child care business owners respond to being part of an entrepreneurial network, and how the community reacts and interacts with such an ecosystem tied to a majority women and BIPOC women-driven industry.
